How it goes.
Graduation, family weekend, the rivalry game. A college town with a few thousand hotel rooms and a hundred thousand people who all want Saturday.
The rooms go first. For graduation they go about a year out, often with a three-night minimum, and by spring the in-town choices are whatever's left. The second thing to go is Friday dinner. The third is a way from the hotel to the stadium and back after dark.
Most families book four to eight rooms: parents, grandparents, a sibling or two, the other family you tailgate with. Each family books its own room from one link and pays for it, and we go through the terms with you before anyone books.
If the town is full, we say so and book the right town nearby, then build the drive around it.
The schools.
Auburn (Auburn University) · Athens (University of Georgia) · Tuscaloosa (University of Alabama) · Clemson (Clemson University)
Another school? Send the dates anyway. It's the same work in any college town.
Questions.
Do you sell game or graduation tickets?
No. You bring the tickets. We handle the rooms, the drive and the tables.

Hotels are free to book through us. Handling the weekend starts at $250, and the exact fee is in your quote.
How far ahead?
Graduation, a year out. The rivalry game, the day the schedule is published. Family weekend, the spring before. Less notice is often still workable, so ask.
Notched Travel Co., powered by Fora Travel. Independent of the universities and their athletics departments; we do not sell game or graduation tickets.
