Groups · Bachelorette trip

The bachelorette, with the house, the cars and the nights already handled.

Ten people, four cities of opinions, one maid of honour with a spreadsheet. We take the spreadsheet.

What's handled.

In the order it matters for this trip.

  1. A house, a villa or a block of suites, booked and paid the way the group wants to pay
  2. A van or two drivers for the whole trip, so nobody is the sober logistics person
  3. Groceries and the first night's drinks in the house before anyone lands
  4. The dinner that has to go right, held early, with the private room if there's one
  5. The day thing: the boat, the winery, the pool, the show, booked with the deposits handled
  6. The one itinerary everyone can see, so the group chat stops being the plan
  7. Late checkout and the airport runs at the end, when nobody wants to think

Who's usually organising

The maid of honour, or whoever got volunteered.

Where these go

Nashville, Scottsdale, Austin, Charleston, Savannah, Miami, Palm Springs, Cabo, the lake house. Anywhere with a house big enough and a town worth walking to.

The one thing to know

Houses that sleep ten in a good part of town book six months out for a spring or fall weekend. The date matters more than the city.

What it costs

The house, the rooms and most bookings are paid by the suppliers, so they cost nothing extra to book through us. Planning the whole trip starts at $250 and depends on how many moving parts it has. The exact fee is in your quote.

Questions.

Everyone pays their own way. Does that work?

Yes. Rooms and most bookings can be split at the source, and where they can't, we tell you before anyone commits. Nobody fronts the house on a personal card unless they want to.

We already booked the house

Keep it. We do everything around it: the cars, the food in the fridge, the dinners, the day out, the itinerary.

How far ahead?

Six months for a spring or fall weekend in a popular city. Less is often still workable; send the dates and we will say.

Send the dates.

The occasion, the month, how many of you, and where you're leaning. Send what you have.
