Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to plan your trip, and we don't sell it.

What we collect
What you type into the trip form: your name, email, phone if you give it, your dates, who's coming and whatever you tell us about the trip. Nothing else, and we don't ask for payment details on this site.
Like most websites, our host records basic request information such as your IP address and browser, which is used to keep the site running and stop abuse.
Who it goes to
Your trip details go to us and to Fora Travel, the agency we book through, and to the hotel or supplier when you tell us to book something. Our site runs on Vercel and our email is sent through Resend. Both companies handle the data on our behalf.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Trip enquiries stay in our email and in Fora's booking system for as long as we might reasonably need them, including the records a travel agency has to keep for bookings and payments.
Cookies
No cookies and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Vercel's cookieless analytics, which doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.
Your choices
Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, apart from anything we're required to keep for a booking.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your data, including under the GDPR or California law. Ask and we'll honour them.
