Groups · Bachelor trip

The bachelor trip, planned by someone who isn't going to be hungover.

The house, the cars, the tee times or the boat, the tickets, the dinner, and one plan nobody has to remember.

What's handled.

In the order it matters for this trip.

  1. A house, a villa or a block of rooms, with the beds sorted so nobody draws the couch
  2. Tee times, the boat, the range, the river, whatever the day is, booked and paid
  3. Tickets around a game or a show if the weekend is built on one
  4. A van and a driver, so the whole group moves at once and nobody parks
  5. The steakhouse or the big dinner, held early, private room if it's that kind of group
  6. The fridge stocked before arrival; the delivery timed after
  7. One itinerary on every phone, with the driver's number in it

Who's usually organising

The best man, usually two weeks later than he meant to start.

Where these go

Scottsdale, Austin, Nashville, Las Vegas, Miami, Charleston, a lake, a ranch, a golf coast. Or the city where the game is that weekend.

The one thing to know

If the weekend is built around a game or a tournament, the tickets decide the dates and the rooms go with them. Send those first.

What it costs

The house, the rooms and most bookings are paid by the suppliers, so they cost nothing extra to book through us. Planning the whole trip starts at $250 and depends on how many moving parts it has. The exact fee is in your quote.

Questions.

Can you get the tickets?

No. You bring the tickets, or the tee times if you already have a club. We handle everything around them.

Twelve people, twelve budgets

Normal. We build the house or the rooms so the split is fair and clear, and the itinerary shows who owes what for what.

Send the dates.

The occasion, the month, how many of you, and where you're leaning. Send what you have.
