Surf Expo in Orlando, with the room and the ride sorted.

January 6 to 8. Four rooms or fourteen, one plan the whole team can see.

  • January 6 to 8, Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse.
  • Trade only.
  • No hotel shuttle. The I-Ride trolley reaches most show hotels.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell badges or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Rooms first. The show runs no hotel shuttle, so we book by the walk to the West Concourse or on the I-Ride trolley line, and we say which is which.

Then the airport runs at both ends and a car on show days, timed to the floor closing rather than to hope.

Dinners on International Drive book up around a show this size, so the good tables get held early.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Official housing

Official housing is through EvolveCon on HotelMap. The show warns against third-party offers; book only through the verified link or through us.

Where to stay

There is no hotel shuttle. Pick a hotel you can walk from, or one on the I-Ride trolley, and know which before you book.

Questions.

Is there a shuttle?

No. The show says so plainly. The I-Ride trolley covers most of the show hotels, and a driver covers the rest.

Where is the show inside the OCCC?

The West Concourse. The building is large enough that the right door matters, and we put it in the itinerary.

Is it open to the public?

No. Trade only.
