Events · Trade show · February 3 to 6, 2027 · Reno-Sparks Convention Center, Reno

The Sheep Show in Reno, with the room that is actually connected.

February 3 to 6. The evening events are at one hotel, the show is at another, and the walk between matters in February.

  • February 3 to 6, Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
  • Open to the public. Banquets ticketed separately.
  • Peppermill is the host hotel for evening events. Atlantis connects by skybridge.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell badges or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Rooms first. The Peppermill is the host hotel for the evening events and it sells out; the Atlantis has a skybridge to the convention center, which in a Reno February is the difference between a walk and a problem.

Then the banquet nights. They are ticketed and they are where the week happens, so the dinner plans go around them.

And a car for the nights you are dressed for a banquet rather than a parking garage.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

The facts for this week.

Who gets in

Open to the public; banquets ticketed.

Official housing

No third-party provider. The Foundation holds room blocks at the Peppermill, Atlantis and Silver Legacy. The Peppermill block was sold out when we checked.

Where to stay

The Peppermill hosts the evening events and runs transport to the convention center, but it sells out. The Atlantis connects by skybridge. The Silver Legacy is a ten-minute drive.

The evenings

Banquets and auctions run through the week at the Peppermill.

Questions.

The Peppermill is sold out. Now what?

The Atlantis, which connects to the convention center by skybridge, and a car for the Peppermill nights. Send the headcount and we will find the rooms.
