What we handle.
A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.
Rooms first, through the official block while it lasts. onPeak is the exclusive provider and the show warns openly about anyone else who calls offering rooms.
Then the commute. The convention centre is its own city and the monorail and shuttles only help if your hotel is on the right side of it.
The tables, which in Vegas during SEMA means booking six weeks out and being told honestly what is not going to happen.
And the days either side, if anyone is staying for the weekend rather than flying out on the Friday.

Getting in
Harry Reid, then the convention centre district. SEMA week is one of the busiest of the Vegas year, so pickups get scheduled, not hailed.

Are there show airfares?
The show publishes discounted fares with Southwest, Alaska, United and Delta. Whether those beat your own points is worth a five minute check, and we will tell you when they do not.
