F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix: the rooms, the car and the week around it, handled.

November 19 to 21, 2026. You bring the tickets. We handle everything around them, for a party of two or a group of twelve.

  • November 19 to 21, 2026, Las Vegas Strip Circuit, Las Vegas.
  • Ticketed: general admission, grandstands and hospitality.
  • Resort packages bundling rooms, race tickets and the afterparty are sold through the race's partners.
  • We handle the whole week around the tickets: the place, the cars, the tables, the days either side. We don't sell tickets.

What we handle.

An event week is a group trip with tickets. You bring the tickets. We handle where you stay, how you get around and where you eat.

First, where you stay. Around F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix the good rooms go early. We sort the hotels and houses by how you actually get to the venue and what it costs to cancel. Groceries in the fridge, if it's a house.

Then the getting around. A driver at the airport, a car on the days that matter, and no surge pricing when the crowd leaves at once.

The dinners, held early, because every table in Las Vegas is spoken for that week. The days either side, if you are making a trip of it. One itinerary on every phone.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

The facts for this week.

Questions.

Do you sell tickets?

No. You bring the tickets, or the hospitality package if you have one. We handle everything around them: rooms, cars, dinners, the days either side.

How far ahead?

As soon as the dates are out. The rooms closest to the venue go first. Send the dates even if the tickets aren't sorted yet.

Is it just the two of us?

That's fine. A couple gets the same plan a group of twelve does: the right hotel, a car, a table, and someone to call.

When to do what.

What to book first, and when.

  1. NOW

    Pick the place to stay

The rooms nearest the venue go first. Asking costs nothing.

  2. 90 DAYS

    Dinners and any private room

The tables go before the week is on anyone else's mind.

  3. 6 WEEKS

    Flights and ground

And the plan for whoever is not going to the event.

  4. 2 WEEKS

    Final list

    Names, arrival times, late checkouts.

  5. ON SITE

    One thread

Changes land in the itinerary, so everyone sees the same thing.

Send the dates.

Send what you have.
