What we handle.
A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.
Rooms first, and here it works differently. There is no third party housing company: the convention holds blocks at nine downtown hotels and you book those directly. One of them was already sold out when we last checked, so the answer arrives faster if you send dates than if you shop it yourself.
Then the overlap. SHOT Show runs January 19 to 22 in Las Vegas and SCI runs the 20th to the 23rd here. Doing both means a red eye or a Friday evening flight into Nashville for the closing Saturday, and the flights for that move are the first thing we book.
The dinners. Friday and Saturday evening events seat at tables of eight, so a group needs its seats handled early rather than sorted at the door.
And the days either side, because the evening programme starts on the 19th and runs to the 24th, which is longer than most people plan for.

All nine are between a couple of hundred feet and a ten minute walk from Music City Center, so the choice is about price and what is left.
Getting in
Nashville International into downtown. If you are coming off SHOT, the Friday night or red eye out of Las Vegas is the move, and we hold both ends.

How do the hotels work?
SCI holds rooms at nine downtown hotels and says plainly that those are the only ones it is associated with. All of them are between a couple of hundred feet and a ten minute walk from Music City Center.

Then you are landing Friday night or Saturday morning and getting one day on the floor. Tell us early and we will hold the flights and a room for the short stay rather than a full week.
