Events · Trade show · January 26 to 29, 2027 · Orange County Convention Center, Orlando

The PGA Show, with Demo Day and the convention center both covered.

January 26 to 29. Trade only. One plan for a week that happens in two places.

  • January 26 to 29, Orange County Convention Center.
  • Demo Day Tuesday, January 26, at Orange County National Golf Center.
  • Trade only. Official housing through Connections Housing.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell badges or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Demo Day first, because it is the odd one out: Tuesday at Orange County National, a golf facility well away from the convention center. That is its own transport plan, and we make it.

Then rooms for the three floor days, sorted by how you get to the OCCC, with the walk or the ride stated.

Dinners get held early. Orlando in show week is busy, and the Wednesday night tables go first.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

The facts for this week.

Who gets in

Trade only.

Hours

Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 to 6:00, Friday 8:30 to 2:00. Demo Day Tuesday 9:00 to 5:00.

Official housing

Connections Housing is the only approved housing vendor. The hotel list was not yet released when we checked.

Where to stay

Demo Day is at a golf facility, not the OCCC. Plan a separate day of transport, then sleep near the convention center for the rest.

Questions.

What is Demo Day?

A day on the range at Orange County National, the Tuesday before the floor opens. It is not at the convention center, and getting a team there and back with clubs is the first thing we sort.

Is the show open to the public?

No. The PGA Show is trade only.

Where are the rooms?

The official block is through Connections Housing. If it is gone, or you want to be somewhere else, send the headcount.
