Events · Trade show · March to August 2027, Four editions

Overland Expo, for the people who would rather not camp.

Four editions in 2027. Camping on site is the official answer, and it is not everyone.

  • Four editions: March SoCal, May West, June PNW, August Mountain West.
  • Open to the public, with a trade component.
  • Camping on site is the official lodging. There is no hotel block.
  • Flagstaff in May is the tight one.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

The dates first, because there are four. SoCal is March 13 and 14 at the OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa. West is May 14 to 16 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff. Pacific Northwest is June 25 to 27 in Redmond, Oregon. Mountain West is August 20 to 22 in Brighton, Colorado.

Then the beds. There is no housing company at any edition, and camping on site is the official product. Flagstaff is the tight one: a small town with a small hotel inventory and four hundred exhibitors arriving at once.

The airport runs, which vary by edition, and a vehicle if you are bringing gear rather than a suitcase.

And the evenings, which in Flagstaff and Redmond means a short list of places worth booking ahead.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Questions.

Which edition should we do?

West in Flagstaff is the big one, with 400 or more exhibitors and 220 classes. SoCal is the compact one. Tell us which you are exhibiting at and we will build around it.

Is there a hotel block?

No. Camping on site is the official lodging at every edition, so hotels are booked on the open market and the good ones near Flagstaff go early.

What are the hours?
