Events · Trade show · February 11 to 13, 2027 · Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Nashville

The NWTF Convention, with the room under the same roof.

February 11 to 13. Show, banquets and auctions in one building, which makes the hotel decision the whole plan.

  • February 11 to 13, Gaylord Opryland, Nashville.
  • Members get Sport Show wristbands with pre-registration. Ceremonies, auctions and entertainment ticketed.
  • Everything is under one roof. Overflow hotels run shuttles.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell tickets or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Opryland first. Everything happens inside it, so a room in the resort means no car all week. The block is through the convention page; when it is gone, the overflow hotels run shuttles, subject to availability, and we say which ones are worth it.

Then the airport at both ends.

Dinners are inside the resort or a drive into Nashville. We hold the ones that need holding.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

The facts for this week.

Checked on the organiser's own site. nwtf.org.

Who gets in

Open to members and the public; evening events ticketed.

Official housing

Gaylord Opryland through the convention page. Overflow at the Inn at Opryland, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Courtyard, Holiday Inn Express and DoubleTree Suites, with a complimentary shuttle subject to availability.

Where to stay

In the resort if you can. Show, banquets and auctions are all inside it.

Questions.

Opryland is full

The overflow hotels run a shuttle, subject to availability, which is a phrase to take seriously on banquet nights. We book a car for those.

Do we need a car?

Not if you are in the resort. Yes if you are not, at least on the evenings.
