What we handle.
A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.
The dates first. The 2027 edition was not posted when we checked, and the most recent confirmed one ran October 13 to 15, 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center. When the next is announced we will have rooms priced the same week.
Then the rooms, which run through Orchid Events when the block opens. The association posts a housing scam warning, so anyone calling you about rooms is not them.
The evenings, which are the actual point of this one. The Appreciation Reception and Dinner and the Caliber Awards anchor the week at the headquarters hotel, so staying there is worth more than saving twenty dollars a night.
And the meetings around it, because the whole buyer side of your business is in one building for three days.
