NAB Show in Las Vegas, with the rooms, the car and the dinners handled.

  • April 4 to 7, 2027, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas.
  • Registered attendees.
  • Official housing through the show's booking link.
  • We handle the whole week: the place, the cars, the tables, the plan. We don't sell badges or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

First, where the team sleeps. We sort the hotels by how you get to the floor and what it costs to cancel. A house or a villa, if that suits the team better.

Then the commute: a driver at the airport, a car on show days timed to the floor closing, and no rideshare line when it empties.

Dinners held early, the client night in a private room if you need one, and a plan for whoever came along but isn't badged. One itinerary on every phone before the first flight lands.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Questions.

Do you sell badges or booth space?

No. Those come from the organiser. We handle everyone getting there, sleeping, eating and getting home.

We already have rooms in the block

Keep them. We plan around them: driver, dinners, whoever isn't badged, the days either side.

How far ahead?

The day housing opens. The walkable hotels go first. Less notice is usually still workable, so send the headcount anyway.

When to do what.
