Events · Trade show · March 4 to 7, 2027 · NürnbergMesse, Nuremberg

IWA in Nuremberg, with the hotel on the right U-Bahn line.

March 4 to 7. Trade only. A team from the States needs flights, rooms and someone who has done Germany before.

  • March 4 to 7, NürnbergMesse.
  • Trade only.
  • The ticket includes city transit. Stay in the old town on the U1.
  • We handle flights, rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell badges or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Flights first, because it is the long leg. Then rooms in the old town on the U1 line: the show ticket includes free public transport for the week, so a hotel by a station beats one by the fairground.

Then the days either side. Nobody flies to Bavaria for four days and goes home; we plan the two before or after.

Dinners in the old town, held early.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Who gets in

Trade only.

Hours

Thursday to Saturday 9:00 to 18:00, Sunday 9:00 to 16:00.

Official housing

NürnbergMesse runs an online hotel booking service for the show.

Where to stay

The old town, near a U1 station. Admission includes a transit pass for the show days.

Getting in

Nuremberg airport is about 25 minutes from the fairground by U-Bahn, taxi or car. Most US teams connect through Frankfurt or Munich.

Questions.

Do we need a car?

No. The show ticket covers the city transit and the U-Bahn runs to the fairground. A driver for the airport runs and the dinners is enough.

How far ahead?

Flights as soon as the team is known. Rooms in the old town go early for show week.
