What we handle.
A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.
Rooms first. A few properties at the convention centre are a walk from the South Concourse and the rest are on the official shuttle. In July, in Florida, that gap is not small.
Then the airport run, and the cars for the evenings, because the walk that is fine at 8:00 is not fine at 6:00.
The tables, booked before the city fills. Orlando has the inventory but the good rooms near the centre go first.

Where to stay
Three of the block hotels are a walk from the South Concourse and the rest are on the shuttle. In Florida in July that gap is the whole decision.
