A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.
Rooms first, and this one rewards booking early for a reason that is not sellout panic: several of the partner hotels run their own shuttle to the Farm Show Complex, and those are the ones worth having. Booking is already open.
Then the days. Exhibitors are there for nine days and buyers for two or three, so we build a stay that matches which one you are rather than the whole run.
The parking and the shuttles, which are free from all four lots and stop thirty minutes after the show closes. Worth knowing before somebody drives.
And the dinners, in a city where the good tables are finite and the show fills them for nine straight days.
