What we arrange.
Rooms first. Nine hotels we'd put a SHOT client in, sorted by how you get to the floor. The notes are in the hotel guide.
Then the commute, which is the part everyone underestimates. A driver at the airport, a Sprinter on show days. No rideshare line at 5:30.
The tables: Mott 32, Delilah, Bavette's, Golden Steer. We'll give you the odds on the hard ones before anyone gets their hopes up.
The nights: Atomic Saloon without leaving the Venetian, Absinthe on the Caesars side, Friday held for the Eagles at Sphere.
Whoever isn't badged gets their own plan. The days either side are for Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam or a round of golf.

What's playing that week?
Absinthe, in the tent outside Caesars. 18 and over, 80 minutes, 7 and 9 nightly.
Atomic Saloon, inside the Venetian. 7:30 and 9:30 Tuesday and Friday, 7:30 Wednesday and Thursday, dark Monday.
"O" at Bellagio, Wednesday to Friday, 6:30 and 9. Mystere at Treasure Island is dark Wednesday and Thursday.
The Eagles play Sphere on Friday the 22nd, the night the floor closes. Buy that one first.
Golden Knights at home Wednesday and Friday. KA, Michael Jackson ONE and Blue Man are south Strip, so plan on a car.
Schedules move. We check dark nights before anything is bought.
Which hotels can we walk from?
The Venetian and the Palazzo sit on top of the Expo. Caesars, Harrah's, the LINQ and Treasure Island are close enough that the show runs no shuttle to them. The SHOT Bridge on Level 2 walks you to Caesars Forum.
Everything else is a shuttle or a car.
What are the floor hours?
Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 to 5:30. Friday, 8:30 to 4. The Supplier Showcase is Monday.
We book dinner at 7:30 or later. Earlier is a sprint.
Getting in from the airport
Rideshare is Level 2 of the Terminal 1 garage, valet level at Terminal 3. Taxis queue outside baggage claim.
With bags and sample cases, we send a driver.
What's the weather?
Highs near 59, lows near 41. Bring a jacket for the walk back from dinner.
Does it clash with CES?
No. CES is January 4 to 9.
Which nights are hardest to book?
Wednesday and Friday. Hockey both nights, and the Eagles on Friday. Book those dinners first, or move them.
Some of us aren't badged
They get their own plan for the hours the floor is open, timed so everyone meets for dinner.

What it costs.
Booking rooms through us is free. The whole week handled, driver and tables included, starts at $250, and the exact fee is in your quote.
The rest is paid by suppliers, the way Expedia works, so the rate is usually the one you'd find yourself. If your block or your card program wins, we'll say so.
