The Hunt Expo in Salt Lake, with the room downtown and the banquet nights covered.

February 11 to 14. Four rooms or fourteen, one plan the whole party can see.

  • February 11 to 14, Salt Palace Convention Center.
  • Open to the public. Conservation Night and the Grand Finale banquet ticketed separately.
  • Official housing through Orchid.Events, closes January 25.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell tickets or booth space.

What we handle.

A trade show week is a group trip with a badge. You bring the badges. We handle where the team sleeps, how it gets around and where it eats.

Rooms first, and downtown. The partner hotels sit around the Salt Palace, and we book by the walk in February weather.

The banquet nights are ticketed and are where the week happens. Cars for the nights you are dressed for them.

Salt Lake books up around the Expo, so dinners get held early.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Questions.

Which hotel?

One you can walk from in February. The partner list has five downtown hotels; two of them are genuinely close. Send the headcount and we will say which.

Someone emailed us a hotel deal

The Expo warns about exactly that. Book through the official provider or through us, and never through an unsolicited email.
