Groups · The friends trip

The friends trip that keeps getting talked about, actually booked.

Six people who have been saying "we should do this" for three years. Send us the month and we make it real.

What's handled.

In the order it matters for this trip.

  1. A house, a villa or a small hotel in a place worth walking around
  2. Cars, or a driver for the days that need one
  3. One long-table dinner held early, and the rest of the nights left open
  4. The one big day: the boat, the hike, the vineyard, the match
  5. The fridge stocked, if it's a house
  6. One itinerary everyone can see, with the flights people booked themselves added in
  7. Someone to call when the rental car counter has lost the booking

Who's usually organising

The one who always ends up organising, and is tired of it.

Where these go

Wine country, a coast, a mountain town, a European city, a lake. Somewhere with one very good restaurant and a lot of not much to do.

The one thing to know

The trips that work have one fixed night and no other rules. We plan the fixed night and protect the rest.

What it costs

The house, the rooms and most bookings are paid by the suppliers, so they cost nothing extra to book through us. Planning the whole trip starts at $250 and depends on how many moving parts it has. The exact fee is in your quote.

Questions.

We don't know where yet

Normal. Tell us the month, roughly how long, and one trip the group has loved. We come back with two or three directions.

Is six people too small for you?

No. Two isn't too small either.
