The Fly Fishing Show in Denver, with the room in the same building.

February 5 to 7. Public, ticketed, and held inside the Gaylord Rockies, which decides the whole plan.

  • February 5 to 7, Gaylord Rockies, Aurora.
  • Open to the public. Tickets by the day, cash at the gate.
  • The show is inside the hotel. Group rate closes January 13.
  • We handle rooms, cars and tables. We do not sell tickets or booth space.

What we handle.

An event week is a group trip with tickets. You bring the tickets. We handle where you stay, how you get around and where you eat.

The show is inside the Gaylord Rockies, so the first question is whether to stay there. The group rate closes in mid-January; we hold it early and say when the outside hotels make more sense.

Then the airport. The resort runs a shuttle to the A Line light rail; a driver is simpler with rod tubes and cases.

Dinners are the resort or a drive. We say which nights are which.

Everyone books their own room from one link. We go through the terms with you before anyone books.

Questions.

Should we stay at the Gaylord?

Yes, if the group rate is still open. The show is inside it. If the rate has closed, send the headcount and we will find rooms nearby and a car.

Is it a trade show?

No. It is a public show with day tickets. Exhibitors and guides treat it as a work week; we plan it like one.
